Table maps can be used to organize the destinations assigned to a revenue center in a manner that resembles the actual area in the restaurant (Dining Room, Bar, etc.). Table maps allow you to do the following things:
- View the tables with open checks
- Change the status of Tables (Available\Unavailable)
- Combine\Uncombine tables
- View details of the table map

Viewing the Table Map
- Once you select a Revenue Center from the screen below, the table map will be displayed (if configured).
- After selecting DINE IN, the table map for DINE IN appears.
Tables can be the following colors: Green, Yellow, Red, Purple, Grey, Flashing or Black.
Color | Status |
Green | Check is less than 15 mins old. |
Yellow | Check is between 15 mins and 30 mins old. |
Red | Check is between 30 mins and 45 mins old. |
Purple | Destinations have been combined. |
Grey | Table is unavailable. |
Flashing | The check on this table has an item in HELD status. |
Black | Table has no open checks. |
Making Tables Unavailable
- To make the tables unavailable, long press on the table(s), then choose the blue Unavailable button.
- The tables will change to Grey and will become unavailable for new checks.
Combining Tables
- To combine the tables, select the tables and then select COMBINE. The tables will change to purple and show both table numbers in the same icon.
View Table Details
To view the table details:
- Select DETAILS to see the status of the tables.
