Hello, I work for IHOP, and they use this TRAY system, and after the server checkout is done, Everytime I try to clock out, it says I need to clock in. Confused, I asked my manager, and he said that the system automatically clocks employees out at 4am, and I am needing to clock back in. So for the past two weeks, I have been working off the.clock for two hours. Is this system specifically programmed to do this?
