Repeat Order (POS)

Repeating an order is the process to reorder another item that was previously sent. This can be done before or after an order has been fired, but before the order is fired only one item can be selected at a time. After an order is fired, multiple can be selected.

Process:

• Login into TRAY. 
• Select the Item(s) from Cart.
• Click on the blue "Repeat" button.
• The order will now be repeated.

Note: If you have multiple items selected that have already been fired, once you select repeat, the system will return you to the menu screen and then the items will be repeated. From here you can move the items to the respective guests, if you are using Guest Control, and fire the items when ready. Repeating items can be a lengthy operation, depending on how many items you have selected.
