Ability to Add & Delete Future Price Effectivity Dates from HQ UI
ENT-3537
Description
The Price Effective Date feature enhances the ability to manage future pricing directly through the Product and Modifier Edit dialog in TRAY HQ. This update allows Menu Managers to conveniently adjust the prices and effective dates of future price changes without relying solely on the pricing import file.
Key updates include:
- Direct editing capabilities for future price changes within the Product and Modifier Edit dialog.
- Addition and deletion of future price changes via a user interface, featuring '+' and 'delete' icons for easy management.
- Flexible handling of the 'To' date in the future price changes section, allowing for date removal or indefinite extension.
- Restricted editing access ensures only users with 'Edit Price' permissions can alter future price changes, while those with 'View' permissions can only view the changes.
- A limit of five scheduled future price changes per product or modifier to maintain clarity and manageability.
- Comprehensive logging of all modifications in the HQ Activity log, ensuring transparency and traceability of changes.

Bug Fixes
Prevent Users from Filtering Reports by Check ID if the Check is from a Venue the User Doesn't Have Access To
STR-6963
Summary
Previously, using a specific CheckID across TRAY Reporting search functionality would return data for that particular ID, even if the user did not have access to that check's data. However, this returned data should only be visible by users that have access to that particular site and the corresponding report.
Resolution
Going forward, we will implement the restriction to searching CheckIDs to only users that have access to the corresponding site and report across the following TRAY HQ Reports:
- Payments Report
- Refunds Report
- Orders Report
- Checks Report
- Check Details Report
- Discounts Report
- Service Speed Report
