FreedomPay Store & Forward is an offline payment feature that enables locations to continue to process credit card payments even when there is a network disruption. This is a major improvement allowing sites to maintain standard payment operations with confidence, even when in offline mode.

With Multilingual Support, TRAY now works in multiple languages across reporting, search, currency, and more. Whether you’re running bilingual teams or global locations, your tools should speak everyone’s language.

• Send the right ticket to the right station automatically.
  No more shouting across the kitchen. With Item-Level Routing, you can control which dishes go to which KDS screens based on prep type, not guesswork.

Tips & Tricks

Clearing Cache & App Data

• Common Misconception: Clearing Cache & App Data is appropriate as the first step for troubleshooting device issues.

• Reality: Clearing cache and app data can often lead to residual data issues and inability to access crucial device logs. Doing this is especially problematic when you are operating in offline mode, as transaction data can be lost. When in doubt, we recommend:

  • Reboot device(s)

  • Ensure both KDS & TRAY Application are up and running

  • Ensure network connection is established & devices are not in offline mode
