Destinations Allows you to create a list of destinations that can be accessed for a Service. You can create individual destinations or add the destinations in bulk such as table numbers, bar seats, etc.
In order to access Destinations for your site, navigate to your site, click the "Revenue Centers" tab on the left hand side, then click the "Destinations" sub-tab.
Permission Requirements: View Profile, Edit Profile, Add Service Configuration, Edit Service Configuration, and Delete Service Configuration
Destination Fields
| FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
| NAME | Destination name. |
| DESCRIPTION | Description of the destination. |
| VISIBLE | Is the destination visible on the POS. |
| CAPACITY | Selecting this destination will pre-populate with this value as the guest count. |
| WEB | Indicates whether the location is available for web ordering/reservations. |
| MINIMUM CAPACITY | Specifies the minimum number of seats for booking the destination (used for event booking only). |
| BOOK FULL CAPACITY | Yes - Any reservation booked to this destination will consume all available capacity, regardless of party size. In this instance, the capacity settings only serves as a limit to maximum party headcount. No - Concurrent parties can be booked to the same destination and time slot up to the maximum capacity of the destination. |
| TRACK SPEED OF SERVICE |
Yes - Speed of Service Stats that details the Speed of Service and Average time for the table by the staff on that day For DSR & FM Check open check closed. No - Does not track Speed of Service. |
NOTE: If you copy a Table Map JSON from another existing site, it will create all the destinations included in that table map at your new site.
Click the blue “Publish” button, check “Site Settings”, then click the black “Publish” button.
