Services are the different Revenue Centers available for the site. In TRAY the terms Contract, Service, and Revenue Center are interchangeable.
To access Services for your site, navigate to your site, click the "Revenue Center" tab on the left-hand side, "Services" sub-tab will already be selected.
Permission Requirements: View Contract, Add Contract, Edit Contract, and Delete Contract

SERVICE TYPE |
Select the service for which you are creating the revenue center. For example, Dine In, Take Away, Drive In, and so on. (This list is a drop down of available options. If a custom service is needed, please reach out to TRAY). |
EID | Enterprise Identification Number. Enterprise management number is a reference for reporting or integration. |
APP NAME | Enter the name for the Service in App. |
CNP PROCESSOR | Select the card not present processor for the Service (if you are using the TRAY web ordering platform). |
CP PROCESSOR | Legacy function. |
TAB PREAUTH AMOUNT | Legacy function. |
VISIBLE | Check box to enable. Select whether the service is visible to POS, App, and Web. |
ALLOW ORDERING WITHOUT PAYMENT | Allows users to place orders without payment (Web Ordering). |
ASK FOR CHECK NAME |
Prompts the POS user to enter a guest name for a guest check. The choices are below:

ASK FOR GUEST COUNT | Once enabled, prompts the POS user to enter a guest count when starting a check. This count cannot be less than 1. |
TIP POOL PERCENTAGE | Calculates the percentage of net sales for this service that is added to cash owed for tip pooling. |
INCLUDE PAYMENT STATUS ON RECEIPT | Future Functionality. |
COMMENT | Enter any additional information about the Service. |
SERVICE ICON | Click Choose File to upload the service image that appears in the application. |
Enterprise Management
If your organization is utilizing enterprise management, your services may be automatically generated based on your sites parent node. This would mean that all of the services in your organization are standardized and managed by your organization
Click the blue “Publish” button, check “Site Settings” and "Menu Schedules", then click the black “Publish” button.
