Mark an Item as Out of Stock (POS)

If you have an item you are selling that runs out of stock, you can mark that item as Out of Stock (86'd) on the POS.

Permission requirements: ProductAvailability

POS

1. Log into the POS
2. Navigate to the menu
3. Long press on a menu item and a popup dialog will appear
4. Select either CONFIRM or CANCEL and the item will be marked as Out of Stock (notice the item in the background that is shaded in red and labeled as out of stock
   1. This item will not be available for anyone to ring in until this process is reverted
5. To reverse the process simply follow the steps above and mark the item as available once more

You can see how many out of stock items exist in the menu in the example below. Tap the view button and a popup will display with a list of all the Out of Stock items and their associated menus.
