You can add rewards to provide either free items or discounts to the guests. Staff or managers can add, edit, and delete the rewards in HQ.
To add a reward:
- Log into HQ.
- Select LOYALTY.
Existing rewards appear.
- To add a reward, select Add Reward.
Following table provides the details of the UI fields in the Add Reward screen:
Field Description Venues Select the venue for which you want to create the reward. Type
Select the option for the reward type:
Amount Enter the applicable amount for the reward. Points If the rewards include points, enter the details of points. Description Enter the details of the rewards program.
- Select Save to add the reward or select Cancel to discard the changes.
You have successfully added the reward.
To edit the reward, select the Edit link against the reward.
To delete the reward, select the Delete link against the reward.
