Reservations are made by guests ahead in advance. Bookings are made by either guests or staff.
For guests to make reservations, required to register with the site.
Staff with permissions can make the reservations. See Configuring Roles.
Managers and Owners can view the reservations bookings and check the available slots, number of reservations, their status, and the amount generated from reservations.
Tray supports to type of reservation reports:
- Event Statistics: This report provides a brief summary of reservations made in a particular or all sites and the revenue generated from those reservations. See Event Statistics Report.
- Event Summary: This report provides a detailed summary of active, canceled, and status statistics of the reservations. See Event Summary Report.
