The time entry report shows the details of the staff clock-in, clock-out, break-in, break-out, terminal, active, and inactive status.
You can also add manual time entry for the staff.
To add a manual entry in the report:
- Login to TRAY HQ with your credentials.
- Select Reports.
- Select SALES and then select Time Entries.
- Select Add Entry. The Add Entry screen appears.
The following table provides the details of the UI fields of the time entry screen.
Field Description Status
Select the status of the time entry:
- Clock In
- Clock Out
Sites Select the site for which you are creating the time entry. Date Select the date for which you are adding the time entry. Time Enter the time to add the time entry. Staff Name Select the staff name whose time entry is you are adding. Role Select the staff role. Terminal Name Select the terminal name.
- Select Save to add the time entry or select Cancel to discard the changes.
