Edit Bulk Checks In POS
You can now edit or transfer multiple checks in POS. You can either update or transfer the checks in an order or to the staff. Learn more about editing bulk checks.
Expand and Collapse Items in the Check
You can now expand and collapse the menu items in the check which are part of a group or a combo. Learn more about the expand and collapse items.
KDS Displays Time
The KDS displays the time in seconds from the moment you push the order items to KDS until they are cooked and delivered. This allows managing the orders more efficiently.
Managing Staff Break Time
The TRAY POS screen now contains a button, BREAK which allows the staff to authenticate their Employee ID when taking a break. After successful authentication, the break timer runs on the POS screen notifying the staff for the remaining break time within which they need to Clock-In back to start their shift. The break time taken by the staff is recorded in Time Entry report with the events BREAK IN and BREAK OUT. For more information, see Time Entries Report.

Performing Bank Deposits From TRAY POS
You can now create and manage your bank deposits from TRAY POS and track the business financial reports all from one place. Venue owners or staff managers can create bank deposits and view the information in a new report, Deposit Report. Learn more about performing a bank deposit from POS.
Refund Tips Without Cancelling a Check
You can now refund tip amount to a guest without canceling an entire check.
In POS, within the Checks screen, when you click Refund, an option is provided to refund only tip amount. If a customer or staff enter an incorrect tip amount, they can ask for a tip refund instead of canceling the entire check. Learn more about refunding tips.
Seating Tables Data and Status in POS
You can now view your venue location seating table map and their status from the POS. Store managers or staff with permission can view the status of all the tables in the location from POS. Learn more about table maps.
Shift Checkout Report for the Staff
You can now implement to print the end of shift report before a staff ends their shift. When staff clock out from their shift, the shift checkout report gets printed. The report includes Gross Sales, Net Sales, Tax Collected, Tips Declared, Sales by Category, Voids (as a % of sales), Comps (as a % of sales), Discounts (as a % of sales), and Speed of Service Stats that details the Speed of Service and Average turn time for the table by the staff on that day. TRAY Now Supports OLO Integrations
You can now enable or disable OLO integration from TRAY HQ. In the Integration screen, a new option, OLO has been added which allows the user to enable or disable OLO integration. When enabled, you can perform a transaction using OLO. Learn more about OLO Integrations.
