The sales report gives an overview of the sales done for the selected day and the payment received in various modes and helps you monitor your sales for single or multiple venues.
The report provides the details of the cash, credit, base amount, tax, and a summary of the payment in separate columns.
You filter the report for the selected date range, venue, staff, service, terminal, tender type, status, and drawer.
Note: Staff with permissions can access the report.
To generate a sales report:
- Login to TRAY HQ with your credentials.
- Select SALES and then select Sales.
The following table provides information about the UI fields in the voids report screen.
From Select or enter the start date of range for the void report To Select or enter the end date of range for the void report Sites Select or enter the name of the site. Service Select or enter the service name. Staff Indicates the name of the staff. Duration
Indicates the duration. Options are available:
Terminal Indicates the terminal name. Table Indicates the table or location in the venue.
Indicates the payment type. Reason Indicates the reason for the void. Type Indicates the void report type. Detailed or Summary. Status
Indicates the status. Following options are available.
- Cash Collected
- Gift Card
- Partially Refunded
3. Select Run Report.
The Sales Report displays.
The following table provides the details of the column displayed in the report.
