The user activity report shows the activity of the staff on the site.
The report allows the managers and owners to view the orders taken or served by the staff during their shift. The report can be generated for an individual, multiple, or all sites for the selected duration.
The report helps manage the staff efficiently and take decisions accordingly.
The report can be imported in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats.
Note: Only Managers and Owners can generate this report.
To generate a user activity report:
- Login to TRAY HQ with your credentials.
- Select SALES and then select Waivers.
- In the From and To fields, select the date ranges to generate the report.
- (Optional) In the Site field, select single, multiple, or all sites.
Note: If no site is selected, the report generates for all the sites.
- Select Run Report.
The User Activity report generates.
The following table provides information about the columns in the user activity report.
Indicates the site name.
Indicates the username for the activity
Indicates the details of the activity.
Indicates the date and time the staff logged in.
