Reservations are the bookings made by the guests in advance either for self or group or for someone else.
TRAY provides advanced reservations for businesses, so they can provide a hassle-free experience to its guests.
Reservation Activity allows owners to view the upcoming or completed reservations at a glance. They can view the data for the selected date range and site. The data can filter for a single site or multiple sites.
A new tab, New Reservations has been added that would send an email notification to the store manager about the new reservation.
The email notification is sent only once for one reservation and not all the new orders made on the same reservation.
Copy Reservation URL to Clipboard
You can now copy the reservation URL and share it with your friends, colleagues, or relatives.
Hide Ordered Date Column in Package Details View
TRAY HQ now allows you to hide the Ordered date column in the Package detail view.
A new field, Advanced Reservation Period is added which allows guest to book a reservation ahead. This is allowed only in days.
Reservation Host Option in Add Staff Screen
A new option, Reservation Host is added to Add Staff screen which when enabled allows staff to make reservations.
Latest Calendar View for Selecting Slots and Capacity
The Calendar view shows the details of the available slots and the capacity for making reservations. This also shows the number of slots available to book by staff and the guest.
When hovering over a certain slot, it displays the booking available by the staff of the total slots and booking available on the web out of the total slots.
Also, based on the percentage of bookings available slots are displayed in the following different colors. Requirement: Color coding the slots to indicate availability.
- Green - when more than 40% of slots are available.
- Existing Blue - for everything in between Green and Black.
- Black - when no slots are available aka all slots are good.
