Time entry report show the details of the staff clock-in, clock-out, break-in, break-out, terminal, active, and inactive status.
You can import the report to CSV, Excel and PDF formats.
To generate a time entry report:
- Login to TRAY HQ with your credentials.
- Select Reports.
- Select SALES and then select Time Entries.
Following table provides the UI fields in the Cash Owed Report:
From Enter the start date from which you want to generate the report. To Enter the end date until which you want to generate the report. Sites Select the site or venue from the drop-down list.
You can select a single or multiple or all sites. If no site is selected, the report displays data for all the sites.
Staff Select the staff whose time entry reports you want to generate.
You can select a single or multiple or all the staff.
Terminal Select the device. POS, KDS, or Web.
- Select Run Report.
The time entry report generates.
Following table provides the details of the report fields:
|Event||Specifies the activity. For example, Clock-in, Break-in and so on.|
|Date||Specifies the date and time.|
|Site Time||Specifies the time as per the site configured time zone.|
|Staff Name||Specifies the staff name.|
|Role||Specifies the role of the staff.|
|Staff Email||Specifies the staff email address.|
|Wages||Specifies the wages of the staff for a particular day or time period.|
|Terminal Name||Specifies the device. POS, KDS, or Web.|
|Side Work Waiver||Specifies whether any other work assigned to the staff is waived|
|Approval Status||Displays the approval status of the modified time entries for the staff.|
|Specifies the date when the modified time entries are approved by the staff.|
|Add/Edited by||Displays the name of the manager or owner who has modified the time entries for the staff.|
|Edit||Select to edit the details of the time entry.
Note: Only members with permissions can edit the tie entry details.
|Delete||Select to delete the staff entry information.|
