In the Activity screen, manager or venue owners can view the reservation status and all the logs about the reservations.
For example, the activity provides the details of any reservation booked, cancelled, payments made, refunds performed, and reservation closed.
Staff or manager shall have permissions to view the reservation activity.
To view the reservation activity:
- Login to HQ with your credentials.
- Select Reservations.
- Select Activity.
Following table provides the UI fields in the Activity screen:
Field Description From Select the start date from the calendar. To Select the end date from the calendar. Sites
Select the site from the drop-down list.
Note: If no site is selected, the activity for all the sites displays.
- Select Filter.

Displays the staff name who made the changes to the reservation.
