Ability to refund OLO payments

CONSR-1236 

Description

This feature will allow users to fully refund a payment that has come in from OLO.

Note: Attempting to partially refund a payment will be continue to be rejected as OLO only allows the full payment to be refunded.

Print Staff Summary Report

Description

This feature allows users to print a staff summary report that will display the daily labor percentage by role/category and as a percentage of net sales. This is intended to allow the user to track their labor percentage from the POS.

Support Item-Level Discounts for Kiosk

CONSR-1212 

Description

Users will be able to apply item level discounts to applicable items in their cart. The least expensive item will receive the discount if multiple items that qualify for the discount have been added.

Taxes with 3 Decimals 

ENT-1186

Description

We have expanded the number of decimals that can be entered for the taxes in HQ to accommodate certain regional tax requirements [applies to new taxation]. 

Example: In Oklahoma City, the sales tax is 4.125%.

Symptom

Authorization receipt and check receipt showing different suggested gratuities. We have changed the suggested gratuity to be based on post-tax amount.

Staff Summary report showing week start date incorrectly

INFRAP-1539

Symptom

We have fixed an issue where the Period filter “Week Starting From” was taking the week start date of the calendar and not the week start date of the site. For example: If the week start date of a site is 01/11/2023 (Wednesday), the period filter was considering 01/09/2023 (Monday) as the week start date. 

Moby 5500 occasionally records payments as "UNKNOWN" even though freedom pay shows correct card type

Symptom

We have fixed an issue where some transactions from Moby are coming as "Unknown" payments even though Freedom Pay displays the correct card type.

"Check Taxes" API sending incorrect tax amount for discounted/voided/comped checks on new taxation framework

Symptom

We have fixed an issue where the Check Taxes API sends incorrect data when 100% discount is applied on the check.
